A simple way to teach it

Before the lesson

Use the two model conversations and phrase lists on the learner page. The final dialogue prompts are open-ended, with no fixed answer key.

  1. Compare what surveys and interviews can reveal, including reach and follow-up depth.
  2. Read the new-system discussion and separate future benefits from training and installation risks.
  3. Develop a final prompt using two phrases and a balanced recommendation.

Support and extension

Provide benefit/limitation/timing notes. Extend with a trial or combined approach instead of assuming one option is always superior.
