Before the lesson
Use the two model conversations and key-phrase lists on the single learner page; the final prompts are open-ended and need no fixed answer key.
- Read the site-visit model and record Wednesday at ten, caretaker access, side gate and older plans.
- Identify the review call's forty-five-minute window, opening-section focus and advance draft.
- Create a prompt exchange with two key phrases and a final confirmation of logistical responsibilities.
Support and extension
Provide time/access/materials/scope headings. Extend by spotting the difference between updating an existing invitation and creating a conflicting new one.
Suggested approach. Adjust the pace and number of questions to suit your class.
