A simple way to teach it

Before the lesson

Use the two model conversations and phrase lists on the learner page. The final dialogue prompts are open-ended, with no fixed answer key.

  1. Read the difficult-call plan and identify the opening, technical contribution and deadline.
  2. Follow the speaker-adapter exchange from fetching equipment to testing and hosting support.
  3. Develop a final prompt with two phrases and an agreed division of tasks.

Support and extension

Use task/person/time notes. Extend by narrowing a vague offer to a realistic action and confirming what the other person still handles.

Suggested approach. Adjust the pace and number of questions to suit your class.
