Before the lesson
Use the two model conversations and phrase lists on the learner page. The final dialogue prompts are open-ended, with no fixed answer key.
- Read the service discussion; explain reliable core provision and specialist referral in plain language.
- Restate the trial results while retaining the limitations concerning dropouts and readiness to expand.
- Practise a final prompt in which the listener paraphrases and the speaker confirms or corrects it.
Support and extension
Offer claim/qualification notes. Extend by comparing accurate summaries with overstatements such as turning customers away or proving the trial is ready to scale.
Suggested approach. Adjust the pace and number of questions to suit your class.
