Before the lesson
Hand out separate cards 3A and 3B. Clarify diverse community and under pressure; remind learners not to speak for an entire culture.
- Ask the questions in turn, adding an example to remote-work or cultural-sharing answers.
- Link online trust with evidence, and employee pressure with a possible company response; follow up on the conditions behind a claim.
- Close with the old-buildings and new-housing question, considering both needs before giving a qualified conclusion.
Support and extension
Offer On the one hand ... / on the other ... as support. Extend with a stakeholder perspective or counterargument. Allow hypothetical examples and do not require private workplace details; no fixed key applies.
Suggested approach. Adjust the pace and number of questions to suit your class.
