Before the lesson
Use the two model conversations and key-phrase lists on the single learner page; the final prompts are open-ended and need no fixed answer key.
- Read the timetable model and record the building, side entrance and nine-thirty start.
- Trace the parcel example, separating the code, named authorisation and matching ID.
- Use a prompt to ask two or more clarification questions and finish by confirming the details.
Support and extension
Offer time/place/entrance/process questions. Extend with a deliberately vague instruction; the parcel model is fictional language practice, not general collection policy.
Suggested approach. Adjust the pace and number of questions to suit your class.
