Before the lesson
Use the two model conversations and phrase lists on the learner page. The final dialogue prompts are open-ended, with no fixed answer key.
- Track changes to the room number, colour and meeting time in the first conversation.
- Identify the corrected amounts and cooking time in the recipe exchange.
- Role-play a final prompt using two correction phrases; ask the listener to repeat the final detail.
Support and extension
Use old/new detail cards. Extend with several corrections, but keep quantities and times unambiguous; no actual cooking is needed.
Suggested approach. Adjust the pace and number of questions to suit your class.
