A simple way to teach it
Before the lesson
Use the single learner page in pairs. Personal or imagined answers can vary; there is no fixed answer key.
- Read the keys model and locate on, next to and under.
- Ask about belongings and the room, using between, behind and in front of where accurate.
- Move three objects, ask where each is and verify the answer together.
Support and extension
Let learners point before speaking. Extend with Where exactly?; check singular it's against plural they're.
Suggested approach. Adjust the pace and number of questions to suit your class.
